The Redmi Note 7 smartphone is going to launch in January 2019. This phone comes with a 6.30-inch touchscreen display, which is 1080 pixels at 2340 pixels resolution. It has some great features at the price point, including 48-megapixel primary camera and a 5-megapixel secondary camera on the rear and a 13-megapixel front shooter for selfies, It also bears a water drop-shaped notch, dual rear camera setup with a 48-megapixel primary sensor. Redmi Note 7 is the first smartphone to be launched after Xiaomi announced, which will work as an independent brand for Redmi. The sensor in the phone includes Fingerprint sensor, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor, and Gyroscope.

Display    The Redmi phone is packed with a 6.3-inch full-HD plus LTPS display with screen resolution of 1080×2340 pixels and aspect ratio of 19.5:9, the display is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

Rear camera    The Redmi Note 7 includes a primary camera of the 48MP sensor with f/1.8 aperture, while the secondary camera comes with a 5MP sensor for capturing depth shots.

Front camera    The Redmi Note 7 includes a 13-megapixel camera and include features such as  AI Face Unlock, AI Smart Beauty, AI single shot blur.

Price    The Redmi Note 7 has been launched starting at CNY 999 (roughly Rs. 10,500) for the primary 3GB RAM and 32GB storage model while the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage model is priced at CNY 1,199 (roughly Rs. 12,500). The Redmi Note 7 is going to be available for the sale from January 15, and it will be in Twilight Gold, Fantasy Blue, and Bright Black color options.

Design     The Redmi Note 7 flaunts a glass design instead of metal. The curved back covers 2.5-D glasses and three gradient color options. The Redmi Note 7 brings gradient colors which look classy and definitely can turn heads with its design language.


Water Drop Notch  Redmi Note 7 uses watertight seals at essential points like ports and buttons to protect the device from internal damage. He specifically mentioned that the SIM card slot, USB Type-C port, and 3.5mm audio jack uses watertight seals. However, this doesn’t mean that the Redmi Note 7 is a waterproof phone, but the protection may save the phone from accidental spills.

Battery    The Redmi Note 7 packs a 4,000mAh battery which is mostly standard in all Xiaomi Redmi phones now, but with Quick Charge 4 support.
