Realme has introduced new C12 and C15 smartphones in India’s most crowded budget segment. There are more than enough smartphones already in the segment but that does not stop brands, such as Realme, to expand the market even more with its smartphones. The idea is to make the smartphone available to customers at a difference of every 500-1,000 rupees. Both Realme smartphones come close on the heels of the C11 budget smartphone. The smartphone introduced the MediaTek Helio G35 processor which is a slightly modified version of the Helio P35 processor.
Realme C15 and Realme C12 launched in India on August 18 at 12:30 pm through an online event. The company’s C series includes two new models Realme C1, Realme C2, Realme C3, and Realme C11, which are all budget-friendly smartphones. The following suits will be Realme C15 and Realme C12 with their impressive specifications and affordable price tag. Both Realme C15 and Realme C12 have made their debut in Indonesia, with the former coming in late July and Realme C12 making its debut last week.
There are many similarities between Realme C12 and Realme C15, yet they have some differences here and there to justify those prices.

Display
There is absolutely no difference between the display on both Realme smartphones. They both use a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with HD + resolution, which is 720×1600 pixels. The screen-to-body ratio on the display is 88.7 percent.
Processor
Like the display, the processor is the same in both smartphones. Both smartphones Realme C12 and C15 are powered by a 2.3GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio G35 processor. In fact, the same processor also runs the show on Realme C11 which was launched a few weeks ago. The processor on the Realme C11 found to be capable of performing basic tasks, but it also takes time to load medium-weight apps.
Battery
Both the Realme C12 and C15 are powered by a large 6000mAh battery under the hood. However, there is a difference between their charging speeds. The Realme C15 has 18W fast charging while the C12 is fixed for 10W charging, which is quite standard on low-budget smartphones. Even the Realme C11 has the same 10W charge.
Cameras
Cameras are probably the biggest differentiating factor between both smartphones. Realme C15 has a 13-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel ultrawide sensor, a 2-megapixel black-and-white sensor, and a 2-megapixel retro sensor at the rear. On the other hand, Realme C12 has a 13-megapixel main sensor, a 2-megapixel black-and-white sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor.
For selfies, you get a 5-megapixel AI beauty camera on the Realme C12 while the C15 offers you an 8-megapixel camera for taking AI-selfies.

The Realme C12 is priced for the 3GB / 32GB variant while the C15 comes at a price of Rs 9,999 for the 3GB / 32GB variant and Rs 10,999 for the 4GB / 64GB model.
